About Delivery

You can shop with confidence as we offer a 100% no-quibble guarantee, we will exchange or refund any product if you are in any way dissatisfied, wherever possible we ask that products have the labels intact, have not been worn or washed, and are in their original resalable condition. Where hygiene covers are used in briefs and swimwear, these should be in place in the garment. Return postage is free within the UK. We do try to provide a next day service wherever possible. Products will be shipped as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after the receipt of an order. Standard delivery will be made by Royal Mail in the UK and local post outside of the UK.

  • UK Next working day delivery // £5.99 for orders placed Mon-Fri before 15.00, excluding bank holidays
  • EU Member states // Free Standard Delivery (7 to 10 Business days)

Return Postage Responsibility:   
Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the expenses associated with return postage.
